Before starting my business, I worked for Los Angeles County as a Building Permit Technician II, where I gained firsthand knowledge of the permitting process, including how to read construction plans and determine when projects require approvals from other city departments and utility agencies. This experience allows me to anticipate requirements early, help prevent unnecessary delays, and guide projects through the permitting process more efficiently.

Our team also includes Junior Project Manager Montserrat Maldonado, who brings over 15 years of experience providing administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer of Los Angeles County Public Works.
